What is an Organization Grade?

What is an organization grade? 

An organization grade lets you know how your business compares with other businesses within your industry based the Average Time to Engagement (ATE) of your organization. You will see your organization's grade by visiting the campaigns section on the insights page.

For example, have a score of A or B? Congratulations! Your business is performing better than others running campaigns on EverPass screens! 

Don't have a grade yet? 

There are a variety of reasons that your organization may not have a grade yet. If you do not have a grade it is likely because we do not have an ATE calculation to base the grade on. Once we have that calculation we can let you know how your organization is scoring. 

Here are a list of reasons why you might not have an ATE calculation. 

• Your organization's campaigns do not yet have scans for that date range

• You are leveraging only fixed panel or print for your campaigns

• Your campaigns have no schedules for the QR Spotlights and did not display during the selected date range

How can I improve my organization's grade? 

Since your organizations's grade is based on your ATE calculation you can improve your grade by making sure the time between scans on your screens decreases meaning that more people are scanning your screen more frequently.
