Troubleshooting
If you are not seeing data populate under Screenshare that means your devices are not running UPshow content. This could be due to two different issues.
1. Your devices are offline
Head to the “Device Manager” section of the UPshow Manager to take a look at your device health.

2. You do not have any content scheduled for you screen
If your devices are online but you do not have any content populating your screenshare chart you may not have content properly scheduled for your UPshow Devices. To remedy, you can add new entertainment channels and create spotlights.
