For locations with advanced IT setups, it may be necessary to whitelist certain ports, URLs, or the device's MAC address to ensure your EverPass device can display content or stream live events.

UI Checker: Confirm Network Connectivity
If your EverPass devices are not displaying content or live streams, we recommend using the UI Checker tool to troubleshoot network issues:
- Open the UI Checker on a phone, computer, or any device connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your EverPass devices: UI Checker.
- Look for a green checkmark or a red "X" on the screen:
- ✅ Checkmark: Your network connection is clear, and content should display as expected.
- ❌ Red X: Something in your network is blocking the signal to receive EverPass content or live streams.
If you encounter a red "X," work with your systems administrator to identify and resolve the network issue using the provided hardware and software requirements document.
