Process for Removing Guest Comments
1. Navigate to the individual leaf org/location where the comment was posted
2. Click on your account in the upper right corner and then “Organization Settings”
3. Click on the “Customer Comments” tab
4. You can search for the comment you want to remove, check the box next to it, then click “Ban”. Please note, you’ll see active comments (can run on screen at that time) and inactive comments (older comments that should no longer be running on screen)
