What is a Takeover?

A takeover is a setting you can add to a Spotlight that will impact when it appears on screen.

How to create a Takeover

• When you are creating a Spotlight you can click into the “Takeover” tab on the right and set a time, date, and date range for a takeover rule

  

• There is no limit on number on Takeovers the user can set within one Spotlight

• As long as this does not conflict with a Display Rule, it will dictate when this spotlight makes it to screen

  • If it does conflict, there will be a warning on the Takeover card in Spotlight Creator

• You can delete and add additional takeovers all within the “Takeover” tab seen in the Spotlight creator
