**Secondary Access via Peacock Residential App**
In the event that your EverPass device doesn't arrive on time or you encounter technical issues, we've got you covered.
You can create an account on the Peacock Residential app using a special promo code provided below, exclusively for our partners. The Peacock app is available through any of the platforms listed here.
**Your Promo Code:** All customers that purchased Peacock Sports Pass after 8/30 will be emailed a promo code. If you did not receive a code please reach out to us at 855.787.7469.
- 1. Visit Peacocktv.com (please use a desktop or laptop)
- 2. Click “Get Started” and this will bring you to a sign-up page, where you should select the “Premium” account option.
- 3. Once you’ve selected the Premium account option, you will be taken to a checkout page. Please provide your details as they are displayed here. Please note when you add your promo code, “Today’s Total” should be $0.00.
- 4. Once you create the account, you will be prompted to input your payment information.
- Please note, you are receiving promotional access to Peacock Premium for Peacock Sports Pass content only, and only intended recipients of this email may use the promo code provided. - You will be required to enter your credit card information, but your credit card will not be charged during the first 30 days. However, after the end of that 30-day period, you will be automatically billed the then-current subscription price (currently, $7.99).
- 1. Once your account is created, you can utilize Peacock app through any of the platforms listed here. Each account can be activated on 3 screens. If you need additional promo codes for a second account, please contact the EverPass support team at 855-787-7469.
- 2. You must cancel before the end of your promotional period, when your promotional period expires, you will be charged for your Peacock Premium subscription at the then-current monthly fee (plus tax), which will auto-renew on a monthly basis unless and until you cancel Peacock Premium.
- 3. You must stop using the Peacock Premium subscription within your commercial establishment upon the earlier of (i) your receipt of the UPshow equipment and (ii) the end of the promotional period. At the conclusion of the 30 days promotional period, the continued use of peacock premium in your commercial establishment violates the Peacocktv terms of use and is a violation of EverPass’ rights.
- 4. Upon receipt of your EverPass equipment, cancel the Peacock Premium subscription to avoid being charged for the subscription after the promotional period ends.
**Troubleshooting Peacock App problems**
If you are experiencing technical issues with the Peacock app, please try the following steps:
- Close the Peacock application on your device. Also close any other applications you may have running in the background. After all the applications have closed, relaunch the Peacock app.
- Restart your device by unplugging the power or fully powering down, waiting 20 seconds, then plugging the device back in or rebooting.
- Check the device’s internet connection. Please make sure you have a strong enough connection for streaming.
- Clear your device’s cache and data. You should be able to clear cache/data in your device’s settings menu.
- Uninstall and then reinstall the Peacock application on your device.
