How to Use Device Actions
You can use the below device actions to help troubleshoot a wide range of media player issues right from the UPshow Manager.
Please Note: Depending on the type of media player you have, you may only have access to certain features.
Identify: Easily identify which screen is associated with your account by using the identify button. An "i" will appear in the bottom left corner of your screen paired with to that account.
Reboot: Instead of restarting your device by pressing down the power button, you can reboot your device remotely by using the reboot button. This can be helpful when needing to restart device(s) that might be mounted to the ceiling or other unreachable areas.
Rotate: All UPshow device orientations are preset to 0 degree rotation. You may choose to change your orientation to 90, 180 or 270 degrees depending on how your screen is mounted via the rotate tool.
Speed Test: You can measure the connection speed and quality of your connected device to the internet. Low bandwidth can be a reason content is not showing, especially streaming live events.
