If you would like to provide staff members that inside the venue access to turning on, off and scheduling Live Events via the UPshow Remote but *not* provide access to the rest of your EverPass account, please follow the steps below:
- Go to the EverPass Manager on your laptop
- Log-in with your credentials
- Click on “Entertainment” (located on the left-hand navigation )
- Click on “Remote Control”
- Click “Create Request”
- Fill out the Request Form
- Once this information has been completed, the staff member will receive information with how to gain access to the EverPass Remote
