What is Direct Share?

Direct Share allows your staff and customers to upload photos without posting to social media and without the connection of your Instagram account. As Twitter and Instagram social posting is no longer supported, Direct Share is the perfect way to get more customer content on your screens, without the barrier of customers posting via social media.

Instructions for posting to your screens will automatically appear on the social screens.

How do I enable Direct Share? 

1. Navigate to the Social Content tab and on the left ribbon
2. Select the Activate Direct Share button, located in the top right corner of the page
3. Follow the instructions that appear on the screen 
4. Add social media content on your playlist creator
5. Direct Share will appear with a QR code on your screen for customers to engage with
