If you are seeing a 4-digit code on your screen, your device needs to be re-synced to the account. You can either reach out to support or re-pair your device to the account you'd like.

- Please specify the name of your location/zone name and the 4 digit code.
- Please note that the 4-digit code is only good for 10 min, so it may automatically change during your communication.
- Support will be able to re-sync the device and your content will start showing on your screen again.
