Background Moods

Customers are able to choose from our high-quality, curated music themes to create the perfect background sounds for their venue. 

How to set it up? 

1. Select the Organization

Your organization inherits the settings maintained by your parent account. If you are the parent account, your settings will waterfall down to all sub-accounts.

2. Go to the Audio Section of the UPshow Manager

3. Explore and select  a different mood for your default

To preview a mood you just need to hover over the tile and select "Play Preview". Then click on the the music note icon to select the mood as your default or create a future schedule.

The default station will play whenever you do not have stations scheduled. You will need to select a default channel before you are able to determine your playback experience.
