In order for a social post to show up on your screen it must hit the below constraints
- The photo posted must come from a PUBLIC Twitter or Instagram account
- The photo must include the hashtag(s) that appear on the screen in the ORIGINAL caption
- The photo must pass through UPshield moderation if you have UPshield as a feature
If your photo has hit all of the constraints above but you are not seeing it on your screen, check the content section of your control panel to see if you can find the photo.
If the post is in your content section but not appearing on your screen and you are not an enterprise customer that means that your device is not properly connected to the internet, therefore it cannot receive new content from our system.
